All Star Cheer and Fitness offers Open Tumble on Thurs. evenings:

Thursdays from 8-9 pm ages 5 and above





OPEN TUMBLE is completely supervised by our experienced staff and spotting is available.

The All Star Cheer & Fitness OPEN TUMBLE program gives our students the opportunity to work on individual skills. Open Tumble sessions are completely supervised and spotting is available.

Liability Waiver

Medical Release form

All students must have a signed liability waivers in place in order to participate.

You may additionally call or visit the gym to obtain the required waivers.

The All Star Cheer and Fitness competition floor is a 54' x42' spring loaded floor

.We also offer "safety aware" competition landing and training mats.
